Departing from their commitment to build a better working world for their people, clients and communities, Ernst & Young Romania supports “My Romania” project and partnered with us in fostering youth involvement in the community, to help them develop in new and different contexts.

Commitment is for us, at EFEY, both one of the four core values guiding all our endeavors and a principle that, along with solidarity, we strive to promote among our non-governmental, corporate, public and individual partners. We are convinced that the best approach to today’s societal problems lays in the power of commitment, concerted with partners’ solidarity.
In approaching our vision of an engaged youth contributing to a democratic society and economic prosperity, we are eager to conjoin our efforts with other actors that share our vision and our sense of responsibility towards the society. In our view, at least two are the paths that our collaboration with a responsible, involved partner can follow: investing human and financial resources in our activities and partnering with EFEY in working on matters that our affect society.

All of our programs and activities are based on four grounding principles: Trust, Respect, Transparency and Commitment. Ever since its setting up, EFEY took on a pledge for accountability by engaging to inform each donor of the results of their contribution, to make public the financial statements of the organization and not to direct more than 20% of all revenues toward general administration.
